KL-BV - Tubing Cutter <18mm

The KL-BV Tube Cutter give precision cutting of highly elastic hoses cords and other products which with today’s material mixtures makes tough demands on cutting machines. As a manufacturer you require an good cutting quality, performance and easy operation.

The long belt drive in combination with the adjustable pressure via a centric guide guarantees a slip free material feed with very smooth handling of the material. The standard drawing cut principle with an industrial blade offers a superior cutting quality compared to other cutting methods.

The KL-BV operates materials with an external diameter up to 12mm (0.47”) (optional
modification up to 18mm (0.71”)) with speeds of 38m/min (2.08 ft/sec). For applications
requiring an even higher feed speed the machine is capable of running at a speed of 120 m/min (6.56 ft/sec) via a different servo motor. Thanks to the use of high-performance pneumatic elements the KL-BV offers an outstanding cutting performance of up to 400 cuts per minute.

One of the highlights of the KL-BV is the easy handling of the machine. The software offers
a very logic structure of menus and intuitively correct data entry. Just a few simple key
strokes is enough to provide reliable and efficient production results . Parameters for up
to 50 different products can be stored in the machine enabling repeat jobs being processed
immediately. The software is all in plain English also.
