Variocut - Tube Cutter <30mm

The Variocut tube cutter is an automatic cut to length machine which is designed to cut a wide variety of profiles. It gives precise results with a good quality of cut and fast working speeds. The preferred cutting mechanism for hose and tube cutting is with a tube cut module which holds the tube between two dies and the blade travels between them, this means that the tube is held square and true as it is cut. The whole range of Variocut machines offers quick and easy tool changing so that the machine offers a very flexible option for those who wish to cut a variety of products without the expense of multiple cutting machines.

The main features of the machine are pneumatic raising and lowering of the feed belts, interchangeable pneumatic cutting mechanisms, PLC controls and stepper motor control for a very accurate cut length.
